Genesis

Genesis means the source of life originating from the Greek language. Aptly named Genesis provides (life giving) services to B2B and B2C organizations.

Since July 2014 Genesis has come a long way from being a startup with just 2 employees to an organization with 300 + employees, providing a complete range of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Call Center Services, Process and Technical Outsourcing and Artificial Intelligence Solutions.

In June 2018 the Board of Directors mutually agreed to bring in a new era of growth and grow exponentially. Investors were brought in to the company that lead to the restructuring of the firm to take on the new challenges.

Genesis has already initiated phase 1 of the vision to expand to an state of the art 1,000 seater fully equipped Intelligent Service Provider by 2020.

Genesis was established as a company predominantly to work for the B2B and B2C companies in India. As a company our goal is pro client satisfaction from the smallest thing we do to the biggest of projects that we implement. “Quality” is the chant around the office and it is Genesis’s goal and mission to work towards providing our clients with quality services.

We as a company are working with major Financial companies and service providers in the private sector. To ensure quality services we formulate processes matching industry best practices and audit them regularly to ensure compliance. We work with major industries to ensure that their products, services and their process are implemented or sold in the best and optimized way so that the cost stays at a minimum while ensuring quality. Our Management Team

Genesis is the brainchild of Mr. Kashyap Thakkar who founded the organization in July 2014.

He is the founder and Non Executive Director of the company. He comes from a senior level background in the financial sector with the ICICI Group

He possesses a diversified C- Level experience internationally of 20+ years in varied industries such as Real Estate, FMCG, Telecom, Technology, Services and Aeronautics
